Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  Each restricted stock unit represents a right to receive one share of the Company's common stock.
( 2)  Exercisable: 416 shares on the last day of each month from January 31, 2008, through November 30, 2011, and 448 on December 31, 2011.
( 3)  Exercisable: 625 shares on the last day of each month from December 31, 2006, through November 30, 2010.
( 4)  312 shares shall become exercisable on the last day of each month from January 31, 2009, through November 30, 2013, and 336 shares on December 31, 2013.
( 5)  On May 21, 2008, the Company's Compensation Committee granted the reporting person 12,708 restricted stock units, with the earned amount to be based on certain performance criteria for the 2008 fiscal year. Effective March 2, 2009, the Company's Compensation Committee determined that a portion of the performance criteria was met, resulting in the forfeiture of a portion of the restricted stock units.
( 6)  1,112 restricted stock units vested on 3/2/2019, and 1,112 restricted stock units will vest on each of 3/2/2010, 3/2/2011 and 3/2/2012.
