MakeMusic Announces New Partnerships

MakeMusic, Inc. (Nasdaq:MMUS) announced today a new agreement with
the International Trombone Association (ITA). Effective
immediately, ITA members will be able to purchase an annual
subscription of SmartMusic� for only $25.00. The standard annual
subscription is priced at $100. Teacher members will be able to
offer their students SmartMusic subscriptions at the same reduced

membership.� A similar partnership was formed in November with the
North American Saxophone Alliance (NASA) allowing their members to
