IP PBX by Interactive Intelligence Wins Product of the Year Award INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Interactive Intelligence Inc.'s IP PBX, called Enterprise Interaction Center(R) (EIC), was named Product of the Year this month by Technology Marketing Corp.'s (TMC)(TM) INTERNET TELEPHONY(R) magazine. In addition to built-in SIP support and an optional free SIP proxy server, organizations can also purchase an all-software version of EIC using Intel's HMP software. This version eliminates the need for voice boards, thus cutting the cost of IP telephony deployments by as much as 30 percent.
