Interactive Intelligence Names New Chief Financial Officer INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Interactive Intelligence Inc. , a global developer of software for IP telephony, contact center automation and unified communications, today named Stephen R. Head as its new chief financial officer. He will assume the role of chief financial officer on Nov. 14, replacing Keith A. Midkiff, who is resigning, effective the same day, to pursue an opportunity with a private firm.
