Interactive Intelligence to Host “Contact Center Consolidation and Centralization” Industry Web Event

Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ), a global

hosting a free Web event titled, “Contact Center Consolidation and
Centralization: Building a Plan to Get There.”
This 75-minute Web event will be held Thursday, Nov. 3 at 11:30
a.m. Eastern time (EDT).
The webcast, already attracting more than 700 pre-registrants,
will feature Gartner research VP, Drew Kraus, who will share the
drivers and benefits of consolidation, along with key challenges
and critical steps for success. Co-presenting will be Interactive
Intelligence senior manager of solutions marketing, Brad
Herrington.
The webcast will also feature an extensive Q&A, with
presenters on the panel being joined by Don Van Doren, president of
Vanguard Communications, and Tom Fisher, director of systems
engineering for Interactive Intelligence. The concluding Q&A
session will enable attendees to submit questions to panelists.
