Interactive Intelligence Grows Jobs in Indiana 46 Percent

Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has exceeded the 1,000-plus total employee mark, 601 of whom are based in Indiana.

The company has added 190 net new permanent jobs in Indiana since Jan. 1, 2010, which equates to 46 percent job growth in the state. Interactive’s average annual salary for Indiana employees of $71,000 is a full 78 percent above the state average.
