Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of
unified IP business communications solutions, has launched “The
Tech Lounge,” a new blog for software engineers and developers.
The new blog, which supplements the company’s industry trends
blog launched in 2009, provides in-depth technical articles about
unified IP communications and the Interactive Intelligence product
line. Specific topics include cloud-based communications,
enterprise IP telephony, contact center automation, business
process automation, VoIP standards such as SIP, security, and
more.
Interactive Intelligence designed the new blog as an educational
resource for both general industry technical topics, and for
helping customers and partners get the most out of its products
through best practices and how-to articles.
Bloggers for “The Tech Lounge” come from the company’s
development, education, support, and technical sales teams. These
initial bloggers have more than 60 years of combined experience in
the software technology industry.
