Business Wire
FORTUNE Small Business magazine has ranked global provider of
unified IP business communications solutions, Interactive
Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ), tenth among its list of 100 fastest
growing small public companies in America. Interactive Intelligence
was ranked second among the magazines fastest growing technology
companies. Interactive Intelligence achieved its tenth-place
ranking with 26.2 percent revenue growth, 152.3 percent earnings
per share, and an 80.2 percent total return to investors based on a
three-year annualized rate. Our rapid growth is largely due to our
increasing focus on global enterprise customers and innovative,
first-to-market technology approach, said Interactive Intelligence
founder and CEO, Dr. Donald E. Brown. Weve aggressively gone
up-market over the last three years, providing more of our IP-based
contact center, IP PBX, and enterprise messaging products to larger
organizations around the world. This has been a complement to our
already strong position in the mid-market. Weve also benefited
from our innovation and early adoption of the SIP standard as the
market has made a significant shift to voice over IP. Interactive
Intelligence first released its all-in-one IP communications
software suite in 1997 offering standards-based, single-platform
architecture designed to eliminate the cost and complexity
introduced by multi-point products. The companys product line
includes multi-channel routing, outbound predictive dialing, IP PBX
functionality, call and screen recording, workforce management,
unified messaging, and more. Today, the company gives its more than
3,000 global customers a comprehensive solution-set comprised of
premise-based and hosted offerings, including software, hardware,
consulting, support, education, and implementation services. The
FSB ranking, compiled by financial research firm Zacks, includes
U.S.-based public companies with revenues of less than $200 million
and a stock price of more than $1 based on percentage growth in
earnings, revenue, and stock performance over the past three years.
The FSB 100 list appears in the July/August issue of FORTUNE Small
Business, available online at
