Denver-based Westwood College has completed deployment of a new IP PBX system from Interactive Intelligence (NASDAQ:ININ) at eight of its campuses throughout Illinois and California. Westwood College selected the Interactive Intelligence system, called Vonexus Enterprise Interaction Center� (Vonexus EIC), to improve the student experience and streamline admissions operations, according to Andrew Hoffman, Westwood�s corporate director of infrastructure and operations. �Our campuses had been supported by multiple hardware-centric TDM and hybrid IP PBXs, which were nearing their end of life,� Hoffman said. �To provide a more effective and consistent student experience across our campuses we needed a standards-based, centralized architecture capable of running multi-channel applications.
