The joint solution will enable organizations to use Microsoft Office Outlook meeting request to schedule both Vonexus Live Conference and Live Meeting sessions. Other features will include automated "meet me" conferencing; multi-site conferencing; Web-based administration and reporting with resource monitoring features; on-demand recording; embedded call control buttons; encrypted security features; and scalability up to several hundred participants per conference call. Vonexus Live Conference runs on industry standard Intel-based servers using the Microsoft Windows operating system. Vonexus Live Conference will use Intel's HMP software, which eliminates the need for voice boards, thus further reducing costs, and simplifying set-up and maintenance. Vonexus Live Conference will be made generally available April 1 as both a standalone audio conference server, and as an add-on to the Vonexus IP PBX product, called Enterprise Interaction Center(R) (EIC) -- an all-software IP telephony solution designed exclusively for small to medium-sized business customers.
