On March 25, 2022, INmune Bio Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release pertaining to its reviewing findings from data presented at AD/PD^™ 2022 - International Conference on Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. The AD/PD^™ 2022 International Conference was from March 15-20 in Barcelona, Spain. A copy of this press release is attached is Exhibit 99.1
