Hudson Highland Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:HHGP), one of the world's leading providers of permanent recruitment, contract professionals and talent management solutions, today announced organizational leadership changes to align the operation with its business strategy, growth objectives, and client and candidate needs worldwide.

In conjunction with these moves, the company will consolidate its global operation into three regional business units: Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe. Stephan Carter, Hudson North America head, will run the Americas. Mark Steyn, Australia/New Zealand regional leader, will run Asia Pacific, and Mike Game, Asia head, will oversee Europe.

"This new operational structure and leadership alignment will facilitate the successful execution of our global strategy," said Manuel Marquez, Hudson's chairman and chief executive officer.       

The company also announced that it has named Tracy Noon as Chief People Officer and recruited Steve Zales as Chief Knowledge Officer.  Noon, head of human resources for Hudson's Australia/New Zealand region, will lead the global strategy, processes and programs to find, develop and retain the right professionals for Hudson's business globally. Zales, formerly of Time Warner (Lifestyle Division), Disney (ESPN Group) and Spencer Stuart where he launched and managed digital businesses, will oversee the firm's marketing and information technology functions worldwide. Both will report to Marquez.

Hudson will issue its third quarter financial results for the period ended September 30, 2011 at 7 a.m. ET on Tuesday, November 1, 2011.
