Whitmer has a strong background integrating technology into business operations and managing complex enterprise technology, from infrastructure to applications. Whitmer's professional achievements include a multi-million dollar PeopleSoft implementation; the architecture of multiple reporting, analysis, customer contact and data warehousing platforms; and the integration of mergers and acquisitions. He also has significant staffing industry experience, having managed a 100+ member technology department supporting over $1.9 billion in revenue and more than 50,000 external resources on a weekly basis.
