Pulvermacher, Ph.D. has over 30 years of consulting experience in the areas of executive team development, leadership development at all organization levels, and strategic change leadership. He has worked with numerous public and private sector organizations in North America, Europe and the Caribbean. * Vincent D. Firth has more than 25 years of consulting experience in leadership development specializing in strategic approaches to improving human and organization performance. He is also an expert in identifying and growing leading edge intellectual capital, bringing fresh ideas and heightened results to corporate organization learning and development. * Andrea C. Zintz, Ph.D. has more than 25 years of experience as a leader in human resources, organizational effectiveness and worldwide leadership development.
