Vice President NEW YORK, May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hudson
Financial Solutions, a provider of end-to-end solutions for complex
financial issues, continues to demonstrate its commitment to
building a strong national internal audit practice with the
addition of industry veteran Jack Finley in the role of regional
vice president. Finley is a certified public accountant with more
than 20 years of experience with KPMG, where he most recently
served as managing partner and senior technical partner in Oklahoma
City. He has worked closely with internal auditors at clients of
various sizes and industries. Throughout his career, Finley has
observed the growing responsibility of the internal audit function
within client companies, and he has advised internal audit
departments on how to manage their new leadership roles as well as
how to deal with the added pressures that increased visibility
brings. Hudson recently announced the company has joined The
Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) as a Partner in Progress to
promote, support and improve the internal audit profession. Finley
will speak at The IIA's Emerging Trends and Leading Practices
conference to be held in Palm Beach, Florida, in August, 2005, on
the topic of "Transitioning to Increased Leadership Roles in
Internal Audit." As regional vice president, Finley holds
responsibility for developing the internal audit practice and
overall business development of Hudson Financial Solutions' offices
on the East Coast. Finley has extensive multi-industry experience
including banking, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, and consumer
markets. He has served clients in the Dallas, El Paso and
Albuquerque markets. At KPMG, Finley led national seminars for
partners, managers, and staff, integrating real-world examples with
technical content to improve the expertise of audit personnel
throughout the organization. "The addition of Jack Finley to our
team of industry leaders continues our recruiting philosophy of
bringing together the 'best of the best' in the profession to work
collaboratively for the benefit of our clients nationwide," said
Dee Lonn, executive vice president of Hudson Financial Solutions.
"Jack's background represents exactly the type of well-rounded
