The amount shown includes 24,800 shares of restricted stock. 20,000 shares were granted on May 15, 2007, and vest 25% on the one year anniversary of the grant date, with the remainder vesting 1/48 per month over the remaining 36 months. 4,800 shares were granted on August 31, 2007, and vest 25% on the one year anniversary of the grant date, with the remainder vesting 25% annually on that same date over the remaining three years. Additionally, it includes 4,156 shares acquired through the Company's 401(k) Plan matching contribution.
