(1) The Ordinary Shares are directly owned by Feis Equities LLC. Lawrence Feis, as the Managing Member of Feis Equities LLC will also be deemed to beneficially own the shares.
(2) In connection with Greencity Acquisition Corp's Definitive Proxy (DEF 14A) filed on October 7, 2002, all shares were redeemed for cash at $10.73 per share, which is equal to the pro rata share of the aggregate amount in the Compamy's Trust Account.
