Fossil, Inc. (NASDAQ-GS:FOSL) (the “Company”) announced today that its earnings for its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010 ended January 1, 2011 will be released prior to the market opening on Tuesday, February 15, 2011.

In conjunction with the release, the Company will host a real-time webcast of the Company’s fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010 earnings conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET on February 15, 2011.
