KXPI Becomes Fox Affiliate for Idaho Falls-Pocatello

Fisher Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSCI), a leader in local media
innovation, announced today that it has reached an agreement with
Fox Broadcasting Company to affiliate with the network over its
KXPI-LP & KIDK.2 stations serving the Idaho Falls-Pocatello, ID
market. FOX programming will move to Channel 34 and 36.2 beginning
July 1, 2012.

serve the viewers and advertisers of Idaho Falls-Pocatello with
premium programming such as American Idol and NFL football," said

KXPI has been a My Network TV affiliate since December 2008 and
will continue to air that network's prime time programming
beginning weeknights at 10pm.
Fisher Communications also operates KIDK-TV, the CBS affiliate
in Idaho Falls-Pocatello, as well as 12 other full power television
stations, 7 low power television stations, and 4 radio stations in
