FETBench is an online design aide that helps designers dramatically shorten design times and speed time to market. The upgraded version of FETBench incorporates a powerful SPICE-based suite of simulation tools including the Berkeley Short-Channel IGFET Model (BSIM) version 3.1. This industry-leading device model improves computational performance and reduces design complexity compared to traditional models.
