Endwave Corporation (Nasdaq:ENWV), a leading provider of high-frequency RF solutions for mobile communications networks, today announced that Ed Keible will step down as vice chairman, chief executive officer and director effective November 30, 2009. The board of directors named John Mikulsky as president and chief executive officer succeeding Mr. Keible. The board also elected Mr. Mikulsky to the board of directors effective December 1, 2009. Mr. Mikulsky is currently Endwave’s president and chief operating officer.

“Ed has guided the strategic vision of Endwave since 1993, taking the company public in 2000 and ensuring our focus on cost-effective RF modules and packaging technologies for our customers,” said John Mikulsky, Endwave’s president and chief executive officer. “Ed’s leadership, customer-centric focus and technical acuity will be missed.”

“John is a seasoned technology veteran with more than 35 years experience that spans both the semiconductor and telecommunications industries,” said Mr. Keible. “I believe that John is the right person to lead Endwave as it enters the next chapter of its history, and expands its product offerings beyond the telecommunications industry.”
