Citrix CFO Leaves Company After a Year

Software company Citrix Systems Inc. said Chief Financial
Officer Andrew Del Matto has resigned to pursue another opportunity
in California.
The Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based company named Corporate
Controller and Chief Accounting Officer Jessica Soisson as interim
CFO as of Wednesday and will launch a search for a new finance
chief.
Ms. Soisson has served as Citrix's controller since April 2016
and as CAO since February 2017. Before that she was the company's
group director of world-wide revenue operations from July 2010 to
April 2016.
Mr. Del Matto is leaving Citrix a little more than a year after
he joined the company. He had previously served as CFO of network
security company Fortinet Inc. from January 2014 to February
2018.
Citrix on Wednesday reported first-quarter earnings fell 23.5%
to $110.3 million from the same period of 2018, even as revenue
rose 3.1% to $719.1 million.
Representatives from Citrix didn't immediately respond to
requests for comment.
Ms. Soisson's base salary will be increased to $530,000 from
$350,000, and her annual cash bonus will be increased to target 90%
of her base pay, in connection with the appointment. She will also
receive a restricted stock award with an aggregate value of $1.5
million which will vest annually over a three-year period.
