Citrix Expands “GoTo” Cloud Services Business In Europe

Today at Citrix Synergy™ Barcelona, the event where
virtualization, networking and cloud computing meet, Citrix Systems
announced it is expanding its market effort across Western Europe
with new localized versions of its popular cloud services products
GoToManage® and GoToMeeting®, while also continuing to invest in
its business presence in the region. Citrix GoToManage, the
market-leading cloud-based IT support and monitoring service is now
available in localized versions for French and German speakers. The
company also announced Italian and Spanish -language versions of
its award-winning Citrix GoToMeeting online meeting
service to meet growing market demand in Europe for easy-to-use and
affordable web collaboration services.

Scaling IT Support and Collaboration for Today’s Global and

Expanded Presence in Europe
2011 has been a significant year for Citrix in Europe,
commencing with the acquisition in 2011 of Netviewer AG, a leading
privately-held European Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vendor in
collaboration and IT services. With the acquisition, the company’s
Dresden operation has become an essential part of the development
