("Changyou" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: CYOU), a leading online game
developer and operator in China,
today announced that its American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") will
be quoted on the Singapore Exchange's ("SGX") new GlobalQuote board
starting today. The SGX-quoted ADRs are fully fungible with the
Company's US-listed ADRs and will trade under the trading code
K3JD.

SGX's GlobalQuote is the first exchange venue in Asia for international securities such as
ADRs, depositary receipts and depositary shares of companies
already listed on other exchanges. Bank of New York Mellon acts as
the depositary bank for SGX's new ADR programme.
