Ceradyne, Inc. (Nasdaq:CRDN) Chief Executive Officer Joel P.
Moskowitz is scheduled to present at the Needham & Company 10th
Annual Growth Conference scheduled for January 8 � 11, 2008 in New
York City and will also participate in a panel discussion, �The
Solar Power Cost Curve: Driving Down the Cost of a MW of
Electricity.� In mid-2007, Ceradyne opened its 98,000 square foot
Tianjin, China, facility, which produces high-purity ceramic
crucibles required to melt polysilicon for solar panels.
Additionally, the company produces crucibles at its Atlanta,
Georgia, facility. Executives from GT Solar; JA Solar Holdings; LDK
Solar; and Solar Power will join Mr. Moskowitz in the panel
discussion moderated by Thomas Maloney, Needham & Company�s
Director of Research. Mr. Moskowitz�s presentation is scheduled to
begin at 11 a.m. EST on January 8, 2008. The presentation will
include a discussion of the Company�s business fundamentals, growth
