Career Education Corporation (CEC), a global provider of post-secondary education programs and services, today announced the departure of Dr. Donna L. Gray, Senior Vice President, Academic Affairs and Chief Academic Officer, after 14 years of dedicated service.

Each of CEC’s educational institutions has its own strong academic leadership whose efforts have been coordinated by Dr. Gray and her team. In addition to her current role of advancing academic initiatives and best practices across CEC’s postsecondary institutions, Dr. Kitty Kautzer, Vice President, Academic Affairs, will continue Dr. Gray’s work of ensuring academic integrity and consistency through the vice presidents of academic affairs for each CEC school. Dr. Kautzer will oversee the corporate Library, Registrar and Career Services functions, while continuing in her current role of providing leadership on the development, implementation and evaluation of instructional delivery.
