On April 29, 2008, Jeffery C. Neal notified the Company that he had made the decision not to stand
for re-election to the Board of Directors of the Company at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on
August 6, 2008. Mr. Neal will continue to be a Director of the Company as well as serve on the
Audit Committee of the Board of Directors through the remainder of his current term which ends
on August 6, 2008.
