Candie's, Inc. Announces new Handbag License Agreement The Company Will Partner with Market Leader, LaRue International, Inc. NEW YORK, April 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Candie's, Inc. The initial term of the agreement is for three years, with LaRue beginning to show product in the May Accessories Market.
