The company will take a charge of approximately $125,000 in its current fiscal quarter associated with the debt repayment. The company has less than $350,000 of debt, consisting primarily of equipment leases, outstanding after today's repayment. The remaining proceeds from the recent offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
