Company”) today held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders in
Milpitas, California. At the meeting, stockholders cast their votes
to determine the composition of the Company’s Board of Directors.
The Company will announce results of the election following
tabulation and certification by IVS Associates, the independent
Inspector of Elections, which the Company expects to occur next
week
