On April 27, 2023, CalAmp Corp. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter ended February 28, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein.

A conference call with simultaneous webcast to discuss the financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended February 28, 2023 will be held today, April 27, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. After the live webcast of the conference call, an audio replay will remain available until May 4, 2023 in the Investor Relations section of CalAmp's website at www.calamp.com.
