Black Box Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ:BBOX) today announced that its
Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06
per share of its Common Stock. The $0.06 per share dividend was
declared on all outstanding shares of Black Box’s Common Stock and
will be payable on April 13, 2010 to stockholders of record at the
close of business on March 31, 2010.
Black Box will pay the dividend through its transfer agent,
American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, 59 Maiden Lane, New
York, NY 10038.
