storage, distribution and dispensing, as well as portable oxygen
for medical and emergency use. B/E will deliver a fully qualified

Senior Vice President, Procurement. "B/E's leading-edge oxygen
technology, coupled with its in-house capability to integrate and
certify the complete oxygen system, made it the right choice for
the program." "This program further expands our oxygen technology
into military platforms," stated Robert J. Khoury, B/E President
and Chief Executive Officer. "Our investment in product development
over the past several years continues to yield market success. We

Separately, B/E Aerospace announced that it has been selected by
three major business jet manufacturers to supply its integrated
oxygen system for three Very Light Jet (VLJ) airframes. Deliveries
are expected to begin in late 2006. The VLJ and A400M programs are
initially valued at approximately $45 million. "B/E is the leading
manufacturer of cabin interior equipment for business jets," added
Mr. Khoury. "We're excited to extend our complete oxygen systems
