Atlas Air Worldwide Places Third 747 Freighter with Etihad Airways

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:AAWW), a leading
global provider of outsourced aircraft and aviation operating
services, today announced the placement of a third Boeing 747
Freighter into ACMI service for Etihad Airways, the national
carrier of the United Arab Emirates.
The 747-400 freighter will be operated by Atlas Air, Inc. on
behalf of Etihad Cargo, the cargo arm of the airline, through an
aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance agreement. The new 747
service is scheduled to begin this month and will increase the
number of Atlas aircraft operated for Etihad Airways to three.
