(the “Company”) held a conference call and webcast on February 19, 2009, beginning at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, to discuss financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, including information presented in a slide presentation (the “Slide Presentation”) that has been available since February 19, 2009 at the Company’s website, www.AssetAcceptance.com. A copy of the Slide Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated in this report by reference.
