Park Lawn Company Limited Announces it Will Not Proceed With A Business Combination With Park Lawn Income Trust

Park Lawn Company Limited ("Park Lawn") (CNSX:PRL) announced today that it will
not be proceeding at this time with a proposed merger with Park Lawn Income
Trust (the "Fund") as part of the Fund's conversion to a corporation.


Park Lawn Company Limited and Park Lawn Income Trust had previously announced
their intention to combine their respective businesses contemporaneously with
the conversion of Park Lawn Income Trust to a corporation. It has, however,
after further consideration and analysis been determined that there is
insufficient merit to proceed with a business combination at this time.
