Geokinetics Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “Geokinetics”), previously announced the participation of Richard Miles, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and Scott McCurdy, the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, in Howard Weil’s 36 ^th Annual Energy Conference on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, starting at 1:15 p.m. Central Daylight Time at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, New Orleans, LA. The conference presentation is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 the contents of which are furnished in its entirety.
