"DSS"), announced today that it has entered into a partnership with
Toshiba Business Solutions (TBS). The partnership will allow
each company to expand and enhance their product and service
offerings. As part of the partnership arrangement, ExtraDev
and TBS will be working on a variety of offerings that leverage TBS
Multi-Function Product (MFP) and document management solutions,
with ExtraDev's Cloud Computing capability and patented document
security technology AuthentiGuard® DX ("ADX"). The
partnership extends the relationship between the two parties, which
included ExtraDev's recent acquisition of TBS's Network Group on
May 11, 2011. The TBS Network
Group provides network integration and support to approximately 40
customers who will now be serviced by ExtraDev.
