American Spectrum Realty Management Awarded Contract for Third Party Leasing of 6150 Richmond Ave in Houston, Texas

(NYSE AMEX: AQQ) (“The Company”), a real estate investment, management and leasing company, headquartered in Houston, Texas announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, American Spectrum Realty Management, LLC (“ASRM”), has been awarded the leasing assignment for 6150 Richmond Avenue in Houston, Texas.

6150 Richmond is a two-story, Class B, multi-tenant office building with approximately 36,729 square feet of net rentable area. The building is conveniently located at Richmond and Fountainview in Houston’s Richmond/Fountainview submarket. Built in 1977, 6150 Richmond is ideally suited for tenants that seek the natural ambiance of a serene, atrium setting at an exceptional location in the heart of the Galleria's upscale retail and residential communities. This ideal location offers convenient access to the Galleria's amenities, while located outside the congested thoroughfares of the area. 6150 Richmond is easily accessed by multiple major highway systems including: Southwest Freeway(I-59), Loop 610, Katy Freeway(I-10) and the Westpark Tollroad.
