(OTC Pink: WNTR) (PINKSHEETS: WNTR) ("Worldwide") announced today that the company has entered into a Letter of Intent with ResponsiBill (www.responsibill.com) to participate with Worldwide and Green Company Holdings in The Green Fund (www.thegreenfund.us). 

ResponsiBill is a financial service that offers a unique green solution for billing, invoicing, and document storage. Companies can securely send invoices directly to their customers for online payments through our secure gateway, eliminating time and material costs.

With ResponsiBill, merchants get their money more quickly and save a considerable amount in processing fees.
