Scorpex Provides Update on Various Initiatives

Scorpex, Inc. (Pinksheets: SRPX) (the "Company"), in an effort to update shareholders regarding previously announced business objectives and timelines, announces the following anticipated events:

Preliminary approval is anticipated for the Company’s city permits from the City of Ensenada, Mexico during April, 2012;
2011 audit completion is expected during April, 2012; and
Groundbreaking for the Company’s first facility is expected during the 3rd Quarter 2012 as previously reported.

Chief Executive Officer Joseph Caywood stated, “We always try to give shareholders the freshest picture of what we are accomplishing at Scorpex. We have had a few delays with our audits and city approvals which we have overcome, but we are excited for 2012.”
