Aspire Announces Details About Its Solar Power Business in Ontario

Aspire International Inc. (Pink Sheets:APIT) today announced
details about its newly acquired, 51%-owned Canadian subsidiary,
Future Solar Developments Inc., and the initial solar power plants
to be built in Ontario.
Future Solar Developments Inc. (www.futuresolardevelopments.com)
was established to build solar energy power plants that qualify for
participation in Ontario's Feed-in Tariff (FIT) Program, which
offers a guaranteed long-term pricing structure for renewable
electricity production.
The FIT program, which is being implemented by the Ontario Power
Authority, is designed to encourage and accelerate the development

Future Solar Developments Inc. already has 20-Year Power
Purchase Agreements in place with the Ontario Power Authority,
providing a guaranteed rate of revenue of $0.443 per kWh of energy
