Aspire Announces Acquisition to Enter Automobile Security Market in China Utilizing GPS Technology

Aspire International Inc. (Pink Sheets:APIT) today announced that
it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a company offering
automobile security monitoring services in China utilizing GPS
technology.
Jiangmen Security Officer Car Alarm Co. Ltd. is a security
monitoring company providing automobile tracking, monitoring and
other value added services. As China has become the number one
automobile sales market in the world, the problem of theft and
stolen vehicles has also grown significantly.
CEO Bok Wong commented, "We believe this new security market in
China has tremendous potential and would like to take a first step
to enter it. We have started the due diligence process and
continue to explore the market opportunities in this area."
