(Pink Sheets:OTOW) announces today that the Company's subsidiary, Earthcom Service Inc., has reached another milestone in the execution of its wireless project in the Dominican Republic, by retaining MIND CTI, an application service provider, which will design software and hardware with the capacity to process up to 250,000 subscribers upon commencement with an expandable platform designed to facilitate growth as the company develops.
