(PINKSHEETS: APPI) announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire a majority interest in GNE-India, an algae technology company which has the rights for using and distributing a unique and innovative system to grow algae quickly and efficiently for energy and food protein. GNE-India owns and retains the territorial rights for distribution and sales of the proprietary technology to both India and Sri Lanka.

Contract terms and details will be announced upon the signing of a definitive agreement.

APPI has received its new CUSIP number and is applying to FINRA for a new ticker symbol to reflect the name change to World Health Energy Holdings, Inc.

The company has engaged an accounting firm which is in the process of updating financials statements to be made available to shareholders and posted on Pink Sheets.
