Nonprofit to Move into Brand New Space in
October 2024
Tech Alpharetta, the nonprofit organization helping the City of
Alpharetta to lead in tech innovation, today announced that it is
relocating its tech startup incubator to new space this fall at 925
North Point Parkway in Alpharetta.
Since Tech Alpharetta’s incubator was established in 2015, the
local tech community has grown rapidly. With that growth comes the
demand for startup office space. Tech Alpharetta’s new, custom
designed space will double the incubator’s office footprint,
allowing even more young tech startups to flourish.
Tech Alpharetta will continue to provide its hot desk members
and tenants with exceptional educational programming, mentoring,
pitch coaching, and investor and other connections, for which its
popular incubator has become known.
The new space will offer ample free parking, Wi-Fi and
high-speed internet, and complimentary snacks and coffee.
Additionally, there is a premier fitness facility conveniently
located next door to the incubator for members who wish to
join.
“We’re excited to relocate this fall to our new and modern
startup incubator, which will enable us to better serve the robust
tech startup community here in Alpharetta and the north metro
corridor,” says Karen Cashion, President and CEO of Tech
Alpharetta. Tech Alpharetta, which is partnered with the City of
Alpharetta, has been operating its incubator since 2015 in a
city-owned building on Webb Bridge Road in Alpharetta. The
incubator is home to more than 50 tech startups and has been a
tremendous success, producing 21 graduate companies, 1,462 new jobs
for the City of Alpharetta and 2,064 total new jobs for the state
of Georgia.
“Tech Alpharetta’s new headquarters will allow for even more
technology companies to call Alpharetta home. Since its creation in
2012, the City has been a proud supporter and contributor to Tech
Alpharetta’s success,” notes City of Alpharetta Mayor Jim Gilvin.
“We look forward to continued partnership and a shared mission for
Alpharetta to remain a leading tech hub in the region.”
The new incubator location is expected to open in October 2024,
and Tech Alpharetta is now accepting reservations for its new tech
startup offices and hot desks. Please contact Jade Rodgers,
