STOCKHOLM--Swedish private-equity firm EQT AB said Wednesday that its EQT Infrastructure VI fund has agreed to acquire Lazer Logistics from funds managed by Harvest Partners LP.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Lazer Logistics provides outsourced yard management services and has 5,000 employees.

The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023, it said.

With the acquisition, EQT Infrastructure VI is expected to be 10% to 15% invested, based on its target fund size of 20.0 billion euros ($21.69 billion).

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
