Switzerland plans to issue bonds with a face value of 8 billion
Swiss francs ($8.39 billion) in 2023, the Federal Finance
Administration said Wednesday.
Taking account of bonds maturing next year, the volume of bonds
outstanding will increase by CHF3.4 billion, the FFA said. The
volume of outstanding money market debt register claims will be
kept in a range between CFH12 billion and CHF18 billion, the FFA
said.
The FFA will conduct bond auctions monthly, except in August, it
said. The bond auctions in October and December are optional ones,
allowing the FFA to decide on a relatively short notice whether it
will conduct auctions on those dates.
