Oersted AS said Tuesday that Declan Flanagan, chief executive officer of its onshore business unit and member of its executive committee, has resigned.

The Danish renewable-energy developer said senior vice president and chief operating officer of Oersted Onshore, Neil O'Donovan, has been appointed interim chief executive of the unit with immediate effect.

Mr. Flanagan will remain available to the company until the end of September, and a recruitment process for a replacement has begun.
