Trading Update

The Board of Snacktime is pleased to announce that trading for the first half year to 30 September 2013 is broadly in line with their expectations. Revenues will be approximately GBP9.4m (H1 2012: GBP10.2m) whilst EBITDA will be up by at least 50% (H1 2012: GBP332k) on the comparable period last year. There will be no exceptional costs to report in the first half (H1 2012: GBP846k). The Company met its banking covenants during the six months to 30 September 2013.

Interim results will be released during November 2013.
